Privacy Statement

This site is operated by Michael Berger and is used to schedule aides for a single client. The following describes what data we collect, why, and how it is protected.

What we store

• Account information — username, full name, role (admin or aide), password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text), and an activity timestamp.
• Contact information — email address and phone number, stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM.
• Schedule data — shift dates, start/end times, notes, assignment history, and unavailable-day markers.

Why we store it

Solely to operate the scheduling application: to authenticate users, render the weekly and monthly schedules, generate the reports the admin receives, and send schedule-change notifications and password-reset links.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
• We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics, or advertising cookies.
• We do not process credit-card or payment data.

Third-party services

Outbound email is delivered via Resend. Resend receives the recipient's email address and message body when a schedule email or password-reset link is sent.

Retention and removal

Data is retained for as long as the account is active. To have your account and personal data removed, contact the site admin (mberger@skilledsolutions.com).
